What is Migration?

We’re excited to announce the launch of the new and improved Coinsquare. All you have to do is transition your existing Coinsquare account when it’s your turn in order to get the new experience.

As part of migration, all clients will be transitioned from the old Coinsquare.com / Coinsquare App and transitioned to the new platform, accessible here on the web or via the Quick Trade mobile app.

What can I expect while undergoing Migration?

Client accounts will be migrated in segments. You will get several email notifications in advance of migration advising you of the specific date and time that your account will be migrated to the new platform.

Once your account is migrated, you’ll need to claim access to your account on the new platform. Users may have slightly different pathways during this process depending on certain factors. For instructions, please refer to these articles:
