In most cases, your deposit will be available in your account within 30 minutes of sending an Interac e-Transfer. Note that there is a 24-hour wait period for withdrawals on first-time deposits, restricting the transfer of all currencies out from your account. Trading is unaffected, so you will still be able to buy, sell and make trades during this time.
For all other instances, if you haven't received a deposit confirmation after 30 minutes, we recommend checking your transfer history in your online banking app. Deposits with a status of 'pending' (or language like that) may have been held by your bank for review. Reach out to their service department so they can help release the transfer.
